A map and a decision.
Walk through the task with your team. Leave discovery with the current process, a shortlist of opportunities and a scoped recommendation for the first improvement.
You decide whether to build.
You do not need a transformation blueprint. Show us how work happens today. We will help you find a sensible first step, keep what works and make the next part easier.

You decide whether to build.
Develop the agreed workflow or application, connect the named systems and test it with representative examples. Your team reviews it against the outcome we agreed.
Useful work before wider rollout.
Introduce it with a walkthrough, operating notes and clear ownership. Choose handover, ongoing support or the next improvement as your needs develop.
A clear path beyond launch.
Your team receives emails, checks missing details and prepares work for someone else. A first solution could organise the request, highlight gaps and prepare a brief inside the process your team already follows.
Keep pricing, commitments and important decisions with the people responsible for them.
The Alpine Technical demo lets you try request preparation with fictional examples. It illustrates a possible workflow—not a measured client result.
Try the request workflow →Choose what you need and add whatever you know. No account, no technical specification, and no need to have all the answers.
Keep this high-level: no confidential documents or personal customer details. Nothing is sent to Mandem until you submit the enquiry form.
No. Bring a task that takes too much effort, a gap between systems, or a team that wants to use AI more confidently. Discovery helps turn that into a useful next step—even if the answer is training or a simpler software improvement.
Not as the starting point. We learn the tools and routines that serve you well, then check how a solution can work with them. If an integration or replacement is necessary, we explain the reason and agree it with you.
The scope determines the price: workflow complexity, information quality, integrations, testing, training and support. Your proposal separates the first engagement from ongoing hosting, model usage and maintenance. We establish the scope before quoting; there is no compulsory platform subscription.
A focused workflow and a multi-team rollout need different plans. We agree milestones after checking scope, access and team availability. The first step can be a standalone discovery engagement, with a decision before implementation.
Someone who knows the process, a person who can make decisions, and representative examples we are allowed to use. We map systems, exceptions and review points together. You do not need to prepare a technical specification.
We agree what a useful result looks like before the pilot. Compare representative work before and after, including review and correction time, quality and team adoption. Time released is not automatically a cash saving.
Choose an agreed handover, ongoing improvement or managed operation. Your scope sets out who maintains the solution, what support is included and how changes are handled. Ownership, third-party licences and ongoing costs are made explicit in the agreement.
Yes. Practical workshops and coaching can stand on their own. They can also accompany a build so the people using it understand the workflow and can judge its output.
