Mandem receives the name, work email, company, role, workflow description and optional volume and systems information you submit. We use this to assess your enquiry and respond. Contact hello@mandem.ai for questions or access, correction and deletion requests.
Website operation
The site does not load advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Essential authentication cookies support the private admin area. Hosting services may process technical request information for operation and security. The enquiry endpoint uses a hashed network identifier to limit abuse.
Customer workflow data
Do not send customer documents through this marketing form. Data processing for a pilot is separately scoped with your organisation before controlled intake begins.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are retained for follow-up and business records where needed. You can request deletion by contacting hello@mandem.ai. Processing arrangements and any specific retention commitments for a pilot are agreed separately.
